ご入力いただいた個人情報の利用目的は、「Unicornシステムお問い合わせ」対応のために利用致します。

取得した個人情報は、「Unicornシステムお問い合わせ」に対し、当社グループ関係会社より対応させていただくことが適切と
判断される場合には、お客様の氏名、連絡先等を当社グループ関係会社へ紙または電子媒体で提供することがあります。
この場合、お客様は当社に対し当社グループ関係会社への個人情報の提供を停止するよう請求することができます。
(4)個人情報の取扱いの委託について
取得した個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を、上記利用目的に必要な範囲において、委託することがあります。
(5)開示対象個人情報の開示等および問合せ窓口について
ご本人からの求めにより、当社が保有する開示対象個人情報の、利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、
追加または削除、利用の停止、消去および提供の停止（「開示等」といいます。）に応じます。

In accordance with customer requests, we will notify and disclose the purpose of use; correct, add, or delete contents; cease the use;
delete, and cease the provision (hereinafter "disclosure, etc.") of personal information subject to disclosure in our possession.
